8 Week Course
Prepare for a Positive Birth Experience!
Subject covered in this series include basic anatomy and
physiology, staying healthy and low-risk birthing, relaxation,
comfort measures and labor skills, physical and emotional
preparation for labor and delivery, overcoming fears and planning,
communication and advocacy with the birth team, the process of
birth, pain relief options, immediate postpartum, breast feeding,
care of the newborn and much more.
